Ngwyena on U.S?

on the internet it says that Ngwyena was born in south africa if so how is he able to play for the U.S? Does he have a dual citizenship perhaps

I think he was born in Zimbabwe but moved to the U.S. in around 2003. Under the residency rule where if you live in a country for a certain amount of years (I think it's three) you can play for that country. Since Ngwenya lived in the U.S. for three years, he could play with them.

Risetard is right. Takudza Ngwenya is Zimabwean born but qualifies for the USA under residency rules.
