Question:

Niagara Falls - Fallsview?

When reserving/getting a room, it asks for the number of adults. The price raises when there are more adults. Ex: for 2 adults, a room will cost $200... if there are 4 adults, that same room will cost $250.

If there are like four of us, is it okay to put us down as two adults only?

  1. Technically no, it is a casino and from my expreirence at staying there they are tough on regulations. It is unlikly that they will find out that you have more in a room, but if they do you will pay for it by paying for those guests. and if they do by you lying, out you go!

  2. Why not look for two hotel rooms somewhere else - probably cheaper too.  There are a ton of hotels and motels in Niagara Falls all within walking distance of the falls and both of the casinos.  They are probably booking up fast now that summer is here though.  Besides why pay for an expensive room when you won't be spending much time in it - just to sleep.  The restaurants within Fallsview Casino as very expensive so you won't want room service - cheaper to eat at bars and restaurants around the casinos.

My experience with Fallsview Casino is that they do pay attention and if you get caught they will likely charge the difference on your credit card which you have to give them an imprint of in case of damages, charges to the room, etc.

  3. That's what I would do.  I don't get why they charge for extra people.  I was supposed to go to Niagara Falls this week with my dad but then my parents got mad at me because I got a ticket for running a red light lol so no more Niagara Falls for me. :(

  4. It's perfectly fine as long as the four of you wouldn't mind sleeping in you're car once they find out about your fraud.  The cleaning people have a way of telling when "two" people are actually four in a room.

  5. idk

but i do it to save money, get a room with two double beds and have the other two people come up later.
