Be prepared to pay high prices for the food in restaurants, Clifton Hill is a tourist trap with all kinds of wax museums, arcades, simulated rides (those were fun).  There is a giant Skywheel which gives a great view.  Maid of the Mist was quite interesting, the New York side has a beautiful state park where you can get VERY close to the falls and also has Cave of the Winds, I highly recommend that, more so than Journey Behind the Falls on the Canadian side.  The falls at night are beautiful all lit up.

it is exellent   tour the falls inside or outside  many good restaurants and take  the tower it has a very good view  enjoy the beautiful flowers  along the way
