A few friends and I are going to Canada (near Niagara Falls) for a few days, I was wondering if there is anything fun to do that some one would recommend. (Keep in mind we are a bunch of college students lol)

  1. Go on a wine tour at the many wineries in the area

  2. Just the mere sight of Niagara Falls is well worth your trip. Enjoy your stay!

  3. yes, makina island is awesome. I am 22 I went there and had the time of my life. In canada evething closes at 5pm sharp, at least in onterio. Makina Island is Michgan by the way

  4. Try getting wet.

    (:

  5. Well the falls itself will make anyone stop in awe if you haven't ever seen it and I see it weekly and it still makes me think. On the Canadain side fist try stopping at the Hershey Store if your going over the Rainbow Bridge you can't miss the half eaten Hershey Bar sign its amazing. Then stop at Clifton hill for almost every tyep of toursit attraactions that you can think of maybe not for college kids but theres a kind of Chuck E Cheeses places called the Great Canadain Midway with many games. Then there is the SkyWheel a ferris wheel that gives you a uncompromised view of the city and the falls. There are wax museums and moving 4d rides and lots of restuarants but they are pricey but all located right there. Try Journey Behind the Falls it is a attraction where you go down in a elevator and literally go right behind the falls and then outside and next to it, its amazing. Then try Maid of the Mist a boat that takes you very close to the falls where you will get wet but your provided a raincoat. Then try your luck at the 2 casinos Casino Niagara is right off of Clifton Hill and the Fallsview Casino Resort is on the other side of the city. Then try the amusment park Marineland which offers Orcas, Beluags's and Dolphins its great! And no trip is complete without going down the road to Niagara-On-The-Lake it is a town located right across from Old Fort Niagara it also was important in the War of 1812. It is beatuful with shops youll find no where else and just sitting by the water sometimes you can see Toronto if its clear enough.

  6. Drinkning age is 19..I am sure you will have fun

  7. There are a couple of casinos in NF - if you are 19, you can play.  Clifton Hill is a lot of fun to walk around - there are tons of wax museums that I recall as super-cheesy but fun with the right group of people.

Also, Journey Behind the Falls and Cave of the Winds are a lot of fun.  I've also heard the butterfly exhibit is fabulous, but I haven't seen it myself.

Niagara-on-the-Lake has lots of wineries and theater, if you like that stuff.  (I did when I was in college, so that's why I mention it.)

  8. Well.. there's the Niagara Falls and the Journey Behind the Falls (trust me you'll get wet) and then there's like a bunch of museums and attractions there. Not to mention casinos.

There's also an IMAX theatre and the Skylon Tower (from my perspective it looks like the CN Tower in Toronto).

In Other words, have a great time!
