Nic Roldan to promote polo in America
Nic Roldan, the legendary polo professional of the United States has graced the colours of Greenwich Polo Club in order to promote the game in the region.
Polo, the sport famous in England and Argentina is taking initiatives to grab more concentration in America and engaged fascinating polo pros in this regard. One of the key names working to promote the sport in the US is Nic Roldan who had already impressed
the entire world with his superb performances. He is one of the most emergent ambassadors of the sport in the region and spent more than 30 days for promoting sport in United States.
Roldan, the player has had eight-goal handicaps in his credit and is considered one of the top-ranked polo pros in America. Interestingly, he hailed from city of polo stars namely Buenos Aires in Argentina. He performed various types of duties to promote
the sport in the country including magazine interviews, ceremonies and meetings with celebrities of different walks of life for visits in the different areas.
He has a very busy schedule in the current year in which he will don the colours in Argentina, England, Florida, and California as well for Greenwich Polo Club. He was part of the Endeavour Capital consecutively for the third year in the Greenwich Polo Club.

Roldan spent his childhood in Florida and had interests at the very early age. Luckily, he has a family background and his father was a polo star and played in the team of Sultan of Brunei. It will be more interesting when you get know that his grandfather

He had an assist to make a victory in the previous edition of the East Coast Open which was one of the many titles lifted by Endeavour Capital. He has had a vast range of titles in various international tournaments including USPA Silver Cup, 2011 Ylvisaker
Cup, Gold Cup of the Americas, Monty Waterbury, The Bronze and Gold Cup in Sotto Grande, the Pacific Coast Open, Mercedes Benz Polo Challenge, the Camara de Diputados of Argentina, Texas Open, C.V. Whitney Cup and esteemed U.S. Open Polo Championship.
Nic Roldan while speaking to the media said that it was great admiration to work as an ambassador of the sport. He anticipated that polo would get the place in the mainstream sports in the next ten years. He further stated that he does not consider himself
as a high-profile polo personality.
Commenting on the game promotion, Roldan was of the opinion that the education and training were the two main steps required in this regard. He stated, “I think it can grow through education and teaching people about the sport. It is fairly simple; it's
similar to ice hockey. There is body slashing, hooking all of the qualities of some of the sports that people are familiar with. A lot of people think polo's a sport for very wealthy, rich people. But most professionals are just normal guys riding."
The primary objective of Roldan is to achieve 10-goal handicap besides promoting the game at the grass root level. As a polo player, he believes that he is liable to work for game promotion and make it easier to get to by the commoners.
