His responsibilites are to himself, he does nothing for the country! That's why we are so poor because all these presidents are so corrupt, I wouldn't write a paper about him!

Amy's answer is pretty accurate...from a sarcastic point of view.  The presidents of Nicaragua, ever since Somoza, have never had the interest of the people in mind.  

It may be hard to find out much information if you don't understand Spanish.  Most of the information regarding Nicaragua is only in Spanish and there aren't English translations.
