Nicaragua?

my wife and i want to visit there next year but can only go in june,we would spend time in ometepe,esteli,and little corn is it worth going that time of year or will it be downpours around the clock?

  1. As you may now know. In Nicaragua it rains starting May till November.

    I'm sure you will have a great time either way. Just google surrending areas in where you are going to stay.


  2. I've lived in nicaragua, and the rain can be pretty bad! But that's mostly in Mid-July! And if it rains it probably only rains for 25 mins then it stops and it's sunny the whole day. Nicaragua is Tropical climate so the sun is 95% out all the time even if it rains.

  3. My husband And I honeymooned in Costa Rica (right under Nicaragua) in the 1st week of June.  It being their wet season, we were worried about the same thing.  It ended up we had 5 days of sun & the last 2 days were rainy.  I hope that helps - and I hope you get as lucky as we were w/ the weather.  Have fun on your trip!
