They know what they're doing. The nature of politics hasn't changed in 3000 years. Just the way the people think its run.

He'd wonder if they ever read the Prince and try to figure how the political nuances effect the world today. I think he would be very curious about the democracies in world politics, accustomed to the dictatorships, but alarmed by the killing power available almost worldwide.

At the end of the day, he would look back at history and look at today and remark that people never change.

He would have appreciated their deviousness, cunning and lying. But overall I think he might find them to be a bit wimpish.
