Well, I love Tallulah, it means running water and my friend is called that. It is unusual but very pretty souing too, it rolls off the tongue so easily! Tamara would fit in with those names, as would amelia which is a bit more common.  Fleur is cute too! Talllulah's sister and mine too are called Phoebe which is really cute and she always gets people saying how much they love it! D'arcy,Thea, Edie, Olivia, Matilda, Luisa, Tara, Esther or Orla, Grabriella are lovely too. Or Florance/Flora or Ella/Elise or Eliza are more common but similar and pretty too.

Hmm...for boys, maybe Jasper or Alfie or Dillon or Theo or Sam fit in with those names pretty well and are quite nice too. Cyril or Jem are more unusual but still are sort of similar to the names your cousin likes. Rupert is really cute and I like Edward as well.
