I am looking for a nice chill out place in Central area that has nice food and afforable prices like ($10-$15) per pax for a gathering.. Coz we are tired of going to our usual hunt everything..Any good recommendation???

Go to an ice-cream place like Ben & Jerry's in Raffles City or The Cathay! Or some coffee joint like TCC? Food is not bad too...
