Nice Restaurants in the Shepperd/Victoria Park area Toronto?

I'm entertaining a business associate in his 30s visiting from Australia. I don't want to have to drive too far from that area as the weather is looking really bad.

If I were you, I would head to the Steeles and Hwy 404 area.  They have several restaurants there, with really nice bars (without all the silly teens).

Auberge Du Pommier at yonge and York Mills is exquiste!  Very fine French Dining, beautiful surroundings and exceptional, professional service....  ONe of the best in town!

What about the Old Mill at Fairview Mall?

Or a great Italian Place S-W corner or Sheppard

and Warden, sorry forget the name, in the McDonalds

plaza.
