Nice cars with out the insurance?

Question

first off what is the difference between a normal cars insurance and a luxurery car like a ferrari.second, i have $100,000 and im looking for a nice fast car, but i dont want to buy a ferrari or sumthing cuz of the insurance is a lot higher i heard. i was even thinking about buying a 2009 ford f150 and souping it up with rims and everything but i'd rather a car thats really nice. does anybody have any ideas for a nice fast car with normal insurance?

well if u can pay a ferrari why wouldn't u pay insurance its gonna cost u if its new unless u and mom or dad share(insurance) u know what i mean?

Why not buy a nice hybrid and take all that money you not only saved with the cost of it and the gas and put it in the bank in due time if you keep adding to it you will enough enough for a few fast cars.  You will help towards saving the environment.  Not to mention with all the money you save you can afford the insurance no problem.  Some hybrids are fairly fast.  I know you said you want a fast car but personally I would prefer to save that kind of money.

Go here http://gsx1.com/InsuranceComparison.html you can just get a quote on whatever car you fancy then you can back up, change car and get another quote.

As per even mentioning a Ferrari, I was just quoted $264,034 for a year old 599 GTB Fiorano or $173,079 for a year old F430 Coupe so you might want to save up a bit more money. Alternatively, get a Porsche 911 or a Boxter instead, you can then get a new car inclusive of at least 5 years paid insurance.

You can knock people's socks off with a nice older V-12 Jag or BMW.  They are not that expensive either.

Keep the rest of the 100k around for maintenance and gas money, though. :)

i HEARD THAT IF YOU KEEP PROOF ( IN YOUR CAR) THAT YOU HAVE 35,000 IN YOUR BANK ACCOUT THAT YOU DONT NEED AUTO INSURANCE.  not really sure tho.

first of all, F150 is not fast.

first of all, fast do you mean 0-60 fast or fast around the corner.

I think the nissan gtr r35 will be perfect. If you're not into japanese consider the lotus exige s 240, or if you're total anti import, then I'll say the new cadi cts V or get the srt10 viper.
