Hola! The words "cheap" and "cabo" do not mix. Cabo is the most expensive tourist town in Mexico. However we do have a few 3 star hotels. The most popular is the Tesoro because it is right downtown, close to the popular Medano beach and the marina, as well as all the nightclubs. It can be crazy during spring break.

I would recommend Mar de Cortez.

It's in town but crawling distance to all the bars.
