It all depends on your budget and what kind of entertainment you are looking for. Mexico is really fun. Like Cabo San Lucas or Cozumel. California, Florida, Greece, Spain. All really hot during the summer and have lots of action.

All this depends on your budget - and when you want to go! some resorts have short party seasons say from june - sept and Thailand can be wet in the summer - july/august!
