Nice hotels in New York City?

I hope to travel to NYC soon, and i was just wondering what hotels are nice there (i dont care if its expensive!). Anywhere in NY is ok too, i plan to go everywhere there!

  2. The Empire Hotel is amazing.

    check it out. I love how everything looks there, and they have great service.  a little expensive, but worth it. it has a pretty good location too.

    I stayed there when I visited NY last July. Fantastic hotel, Times Square right on your doorstep!!
