Nice inexpensive restaurant to celebrate moms 50th b-day?

Question

a few of us ( family) wants to take my mom out for her birthday... but we dont know which restaurant that'll be least expensive.. we dont have much so we just wanna show make her feel great on her birthday.. shes been through alot....

do you have any suggestions?

chilis, papadeux, tony romos, olive garden, red lobster, joe's crab shack etc or any steak house

your better off going at lunch.  all the food is 50 percent off plus some restaurants will let you have the lunch menu at nay time such as red lobster.

you could cook dinner for her and your family and make whatever her heart desires.

Look in the phonebook...  there might be a section that has actual menus of restaurants w/ prices.. then you could guestimate how much it would cost before actually getting there.  Also, going for lunch on a weekday is a good idea. :)

i would take her out for a cheese steak..  especially if its 60 degrees out like it was today..  we always take my mom to the jersey shore for her birthday just bc she loves it there..

if you want to go somewhere sit-down and fancy try to do it on the lunch menu so it is is still a good meal but cheaper..

i guess it depends on what she likes. def go somewhere she likes or a place that serves food she likes.
