Nice makeup for less money?

Question

I'm looking for nice makeup with good pigmentation. It needs to be pretty cheap, I don't want to spend $14 on eyeshadow. If anyone could help, I would really like it.

There are plenty or cheap brands that are high quality.  Wet N wild is surprisingly good quality- I like their big eyeshadow palettes (with 8 colors).  I use the Paradise cove one all the time.  

Check out NYX, they are pigmented and have a huge variety of colors. I love their single and trio eyeshadows along with the round lipsticks.  Ulta and Rite aid carry some, but cherryculture.com has the biggest selection.  

L'oreal Hip is also a good line, I like their eyeshadow duos and jelly balms.  For drugstore foundation, try Revlon Colorstay liquid foundation.  Great coverage, easy application, long lasting.

l'oreal and revlon are the best. for high pigments, duh, try HIP Loreal. it's amazing, just like mac.

Hate to break it to you, but the dollar store actually does have nice makeup, how do I know? cause I buy their eyeliner, I love it, I don't know why...I'm just weird. Hot topic sells makeup for a dollar or two and it's really good, the colors just come out a bit lighter...if you don't live near one walmart is good, although you can find cheaper eyeshadow at a bargin store...it just matters your skin color, to know what type of makeup to use, and what kind would look good on your skin. you can get cheap makeup at CVS also.

i love intense colorful pigment shadows... usually i will splurge on MAC cosmetics... but when im low on cash and needing a new color to spice up my cosmetics collection i go to a drugstore and look at my two fave cheap brands... HiP collection from L'oreal and MAX Factor

if there's an ULTA cosmetics store nearby, they are having a great sale right now.. not only do they have a wide variety of cosmetic brands, but they also have their own line of makeup that's cheaper than other brands.. eyeshadows are available in a wide range of colors and they're $6.50 each, but now til the end of the month, if you buy one, you get one free!!!

Buy things on Ebay. You can get brand new make-up products from any brands for a fraction of the RRP. (And no, I don't work for Ebay, I just love buying stuff from them! :D ) It's easy to set up a paypal account and just remember to bid in hte last minute.

Maybelline, covergirl, revlon and loreal are all decent makeup brands for less that you can get at any drugstore.
