You can click on the button at top right to change the language. Enter your journey details - note that it will not accept every single street address, so you may need to play around with neighbouring streets. In your case, enter your start address as Rue du Grand Pin, since this is close to your hotel. The destination will be accepted as 22 avenue gravier. Click on the button and it will give you some alternative routes.

There is also a section on fares on the website - it's not expensive and you can buy your ticket on the bus.

EDIT: You're correct that there isn't a bus-stop right outside your hotel or right outside the Villa St Exupery, but it's not very difficult to walk there from the bus-stop - if I remember correctly there are signs, and if you print out a map it should be relatively easy. remember you can always ask someone - if you get close to it virtually anyone will be able to direct you - locals will know it, and tourists will be on their way to or from it, since there's nothing else nearby.
