Dinner, Outdoor Activities, enjoyable hidden spots in Houston?

He works alot and I'd little to take some initative, with your help :) Thanks!

First off on the eatery, go to Churrascos if you want to spend a nice chunk, but if you want more affordable go to Cafe Adobe, very nice places both of them. My husband and I love to go to the sculpture garden that is right across the street from the museum of fine arts and sit and have a refreshing drink or some coffee.  It's shaded and it has a nice airy romantic feel to it. The museum is also a nice place to take a stroll with your sweetie, I hope this helps you. :)

Houston's new Discovery Green park in downtown has a fab restaurant check out the website http://www.thegrovehouston.com/

The rooftop bar is great!  An awesome place for people watching.

There is a romantic place at Brazos Bend State Park.  Nice for a picnic lunch---take your bikes and bike down the gravel, tree lined road until you come up to a small hill.

Nice, romantic, outdoors, have La Madeleine pack your lunchs.  It's in the western part of the park.  Enjoy!

Best Dinner spot is The Taste of Texas in the Memorial area

right off of Interstate 10.  Outdoor Activities What does he like? There are some Wild Life Parks where you can drive through and pet the exotic animals at least some of them.  Hidden spots I would suggest a massage for the both of you nothing more exhilarating

To go out to dinner try the Melting Pot; its intimate and romantic. To go out my favorite spot is a little art gallery that showcases young up & coming talent with poetry nights and jazz sessions. It's called Eb5 off of aldine westfield & treschwig.

I wanted to second The Melting Pot. You're going to spend quite a bit, but the atmosphere and food are amazing.
