I would say Aruba might fit the bill. It's a little touristy and busy but the beach and ocean are gorgeous. I've heard great things about St. Lucia though I have yet to go there. Of course there is always Hawaii and Tahiti. I've never been there but definitely hope to make it to Tahiti someday.
