Nice restaurants in Chatham or Rochester, Kent, UK?

Okay, so I need to find a nice restaurant to take a friend to tonight. So it's a Sunday night, and it can either be in Chatham or Rochester in Kent, UK. Any cuisine is nice, but I'd like it to be quite a fancy restaurant. Any suggestions?

Cosmos on Chatham /Rochester high st (Chatham end) for chinese buffet, excellent choice and quality food and service, Next door to that is Monsoon indian restuaurant, again, excellent. Nandos in Chatham Dockside is good too but not as well priced as the first two.

I would try the manor farm  its a beefater along the A2 in rainham theres lots on the menu and the staff are really frendly. my mum is really fussy and she really loves it there.
