A lot of the restaurants in that area are Asian cuisine, the majority of them you would be able to walk in off the street without a booking so if I were you I would stroll alongthe street and see what you fancy yourself! (if you arent tied to Parnell Sq, you could try the new Yamamori - Japanese food - on the quays beside the hapenny bridge. Its yum!
