Nice steak houses in manhattan for first date?

Whats up everyone.....I never eat out nd dont now any good restaraunts....i want something nice where its like a suit nd tie kind of place kinda dressy...its goign to be my first date with her....Im 17 shes 18....I love steak nd want to go to some nice classy kind of romantic place...200 is my limit with the dinner nd tip i eat filet mignon dont now what kind of steak she likes think 200 would be good for a nice restaraunt? ...i herd sparks is good....i would like it to be somewhat close to time square so we could go there after nd walk around a little....thanks for the help....

I recommend these places -- because they are unique to New York and classier than Places like Luger's, The Palm etc.

This is seven blocks south of Times Square via Broadway.

This is less than a block from Times Square. FYI it is French and Kosher.  If you look at the menu, the "Tournedos"  are Filet Mignon

Definitely try Keen's Steakhouse - I think it's on W. 36th Street.

I have been to all the best steak houses and I would normally point you in the direction of Sparks, Peter Lugar's or Wolfgang's (my favorites), but if you are looking for a place near Time Square that is quiet and romantic, then I would recommend Shula's in the Westin Hotel. It is superb and it won't break you.
