  2. You don't "file a fiancee visa."  It is up to your new US citizen fiance to do that.  If he petitions for you and the petition is approved, it will be forwarded to the nearest US embassy or consulate for interview and adjudication.  Whether or not the visa will be issued depends on a lot of things, including what the officer believes about the sincerity of your intention to marry.  No one here can guess whether or not you will get the visa.

  3. so what you are saying? is that you have another fiance?

it is going to jump at the eyes of immigration in a New York second, that you want to immigrate to the US by via fiance visa, not going to look good...............

  4. Ok, it is your fiance who applies for the K-1 visa for you. If the previous relationship did not work out and there is a new man in your life who would like to petition you again - that is fine. The visa will be granted based on the ability to meet the requirements. Nothing more, nothing less.

  5. um last year was not 2004.  that was 4 years ago so if that is the correct date then you can refile without raising eyebrows.

but if you file every year it will look suspect to the US consulate.  however, there is no law against filing again. good luck. try to make this relationship work.  i hope you are not just looking for a visa.

  6. Bloody h**l, stop getting engaged!! Try just being bf and gf for a while!!
