Personally I love butter then sour cream then melted cheese and a topping of bacon bits...yumm....cardiac arrest on a plate! :) oooohh and you know what else is good...ranch!   plus cheese always goes nice with wine...

cheese and sour cream are the most traditional, but you can go a in a different direction with chives,parsley,paprika,oregano,or celery flakes. bay leaves, rosemary and basil i would use sparingly, or tomato.
