Nicest banks around; customer service?

I am asking for comments and referrals toward banks with great customer service. Or warnings/situations with poor small talk, hahuh

WaMu is pretty nice. They give you free checks for life too.

I LOVE Washington Mutual...

they treat us great...

i've had accounts at BofA, wells Fargo, Citibank, and a couple of others... none compared....

PNC is a great bank

there's no minimum deposit and they're great with customer service! hope this helps

plus PNC is more common around the US

You could also research the banks you are interested in by going to their websites and comparing fees, charges and the different types of accounts that are available.

You could also contact them directly and see what they can offer you.

I've always gotten good customer service from WAMU and they have been less aggressive with fees than some others.

Wachovia has also given me good service.

If you have a local community bank in your area, stop in and see what they have to offer.
