  1. Emily is a fantastic name!  It could be spelled Emily, Emiily, Emili, Emilee, etc.

& Mariah's a pretty name too. Mariya. Mariiah.  Maria. xD

You guys are so lucky.  My name is super boring. :p loll

  2. Emily:

    Emmilee

    EmmiLiegh

    Emilie

    Amelie

    Emilly

    Emillie

    Mariah:

    Maryah

    Mariar

    Mariiah

    Marya

    Maraia

    Meriah

  3. eeeeeeeeemmmmmmmmmmiiiiiiiilllllllllyyyy...

    mmmmmmmaaaaaaarrrrrrriiiiiiiiaaaaaaaah...

  4. I'd keep Mariah the way it is.

    Emily looks nice spelt Emilie.

I think that's the French way, but I'm not too sure.

    :)

  5. Emmerleigh

  6. Trying to make names look fancy is so superficial. The original way is the nicest.

  7. EmziMari!!!!!

  8. I'd probably just try getting out more.  Seriously, if you're both sitting there worrying about how to best spell your names, something is lacking in your lives.

  9. Hey there my name is Emily. I didn't use to like my name either. It looks wrong to change the spelling. Have you got a middle name you could just use that. So many 70's songs called Emily, and then there is the writer Emily Bronte,  a clothing range called Emily (check out website below. Not all bad, just a little old fashioned. I hardly get called Emily, just M.

    Or you could be milly?

I like Mariah too, but hopefully you are not a diva like the famous one!

  10. I agree with those who say to stick with the traditional way - that way, you won't waste time correcting people when they spell it wrong.

  11. Well, if you want to go french/european:

Emilie, Emille, Emelli, Emilli, Airmelie (I think this is pretty)

    Mereyeah, Mihryea, Maryea

remember, if there's no vowel at the front, you can at a consonant as a silent letter!

    e.g. Tmihryea

    isn't that pretty?

    have heaps of fun!

  12. Well I'm french, and in french, Emily is spelt <émilie> and Mariah is like in spanish <Maria>!
