Nick Craig and Toby Lewis of OK class win 2011 Endeavour Trophy at Royal Corinthian Yacht Club
An impressive display from Nick Craig and Toby Lewis representing OK class have brought them on top of the 2011 Endeavour Trophy standings at the end of the event. They had a tussling final day but they managed to secure victory after putting up a wonderful
show. On the other hand, RS200 class representatives, James Peters and Alan Roberts have grabbed second place in the standings.
Weather conditions on River Roach waters were quite strong during the final day, as the wind gusted around the racing area from 14 to 16 knots throughout the day. However, the windward-leeward racing started on time at the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club.
On the final day, two impressive race victories were enough for the pair, Craig and Lewis, to claim the fifth title of his career. Meanwhile, during the final day competitions, they were challenged by second placed, James Peters and Alan Roberts of RS200
class, but they managed to take them down and finished first with 15 points.
