his friend might very well die, he's still comatose, because Nick was acting like a maniac while driving at such high speeds and wrecked, I think he got off easy, if that kid dies, it's vehicular manslaughter.

Kinda hard to decide but i gotta say he deserved to go to jail for what he did

He totally deserved it. His friend will never get better. Will always be dependant of his family even for the simple fact of eating. His life is totally over. Nick Hogan should have got more than that. 8 months is not enough. But it is something at least. It is more than what Hollywood celebrities get usually.
