to some people age shouldnt matter but at some point it does. i think it just depends on the person, but since i dont know nick jonas that would be hard  to tell...hope it helps

Yea most likely.

I mean he said he would date a fan and you guys aren't THAT far apart.

Now if you were like just turning 12...then no...but since you guys aren't that far apart there may be chance.
