they wont have a new album out until their new contract with their label has been sorted out. lead singer has just stated they are using leverage of not recording in order to push the deal they want.

roadrunner records has just been purchased by warner and new deal needs to be signed, so far ETA is about early 2009 extremely late 2008 if we get lucky
