  1. I think Rossi. Because even though he didn't win this season(he came in 2nd place) he still had a chance to win so there is a good chance of he winning."The Docter" rulz!

  2. I hope Rossi will win but Stoner has been very very good this season. The Ducati is faster on the straights but Rossi corners like no one else in the world! I think it will be Stoner or Rossi next season.

  3. I think Stoner will win again.

  4. hallo...I'm an italian girl...I think ''my'' doctor the best in motogp...who is hayden?who is stoner?there are an only pilot in the story of motogp...there is only valentino!!!!

  5. its got to be valentino hasnt it? a lot depends on bridgestone next year either way were in 4 one h**l of a year!!! as for gibernau.....nuff sed

  6. Hey Bunky

    Love your avatar- sooooooo much!

I think Melandri might be the man to watch, he's had a sh1 t season as far as injuries go and will have the same advantage as Stoner next year.

What happened to the CFC Badge? You must be cracked girl to use that photo!

  7. Well, I hated to the title slip away from Hayden so quick, so I'm hoping the spaniards have built Hayden a more competitive bike thats better suited for him, and not Pedrosa. I'm also very anxious to see if Hopkins can bring something to the plate for Kawasaki in 08. As for Rossi, he was quoted by BBC News giving Yamaha the ultimatum "build me a competitive bike for the 08 season, or I will ride for someone else in 09". He was also quoted saying that he wants engineers in Japan to step it up a notch, so apparently he's pretty fired up. Many times this past season we've all watched as the Ducati drilled everyone in the straights. Not to say that Stoner cant hold his own in the curves, because he did, but, the Ducati really flexed its muscles when there were no knees on the ground, meaning, in the straights!

  8. Sete Gibernau?

Where have you been for the last 12 months.

He retired at the end of 2005. He knew he could never beat Vale so quit.

As for 2008. Vale all the way.

Yamaha will be so desperate to keep him, they will pull out all the stops.

He is on Bridgstones next year, so the tyre's will be a fair deal. Only time will tell, but I know one thing for sure ................. 2008 is going to be great.

  9. NICKY HAYDEN

  10. I'd love to see Vale do it again next year especially if hes retiring from MotoGP after 2008. Casey and his bike were excellent this year, but I would love to see the close battles of the previous years happen again. Sete, Max and Vales battles were excellent and were the reason I started to watch MotoGP.

Cant wait for 2008 to start and may the best man win....

  11. I would go with Lorenzo... I have no idea why I'm choosing him! I know he will be a freshmen this year in MotoGP but I have the sense that either because of the tyres or because of something else he will be better than both Casey and Valentino...

As for Nicky, I'm sorry but I feel like his time to shine is over. One lucky year, though he is a great rider. From his team - Repsol Honda - I would suggest that Pedrosa will be fighting for the title :)

You know, it's gonna be a fun season. Marco is Italian, and will be riding an Italian bike... Casey is in his best shape, Rossi changed tires and we have Lorenzo in this group.. seriously I have no idea what is going to happen next!

  12. I think stoner is still gonna be the man to beat. But you obviously cant discount Vale, Dani or Nicky. Its gonna be close between those four.

Having said that.........I'm gonna put a wager (coz I'll get good odds) on Chris Vermeulen. Its a long shot I know, but I'm convinced that we haven't seen anything like his potential. If he can get it together for qualifying and the first few laps of a race, he'll be up there with the four mentioned above. Suzuki's chassis is superb, and apparently there's a stonking new engine in the pipeline.

Who'd have said at the end of 2005 that Casey Stoner would be a contender?

  13. Valentino will be back on top, will like to see James Toseland do well, but not at the top yet, it would be so hard to choose who to root for.

  14. Rossi was a dissapointing one this season, but stoner deserved the wins.  I'm hoping for rossi, cos he's just amazing to watch, - anyone but gibernau. can't stand that moaning pr*ck.

  15. well before tomorrow's testing at jerez. looking at it on paper who ever wins will definitely have worked for it. so far the work is being done by Nicky, Dovi, and Vermulen but Rosi and Dani still have to show whats in their corners yet. I'm not predicting any results its looking so great I cant wait. even the In-team fights should provide great on track action Stoner/melandri Rossi/Lorenzo etc. Bring it on I say. may the best man win.

  16. I wish there was a way to tell who was going to win next years championships....if there were a way, I would be off to Vegas to make some wagers.....

I just hope that there is a bunch of great racing and there is not a run away winner of the series.....

    ...now how's that for a lame answer??????.....LOL

  17. I'd like to see Valentino win it again. Also think that Melandri and Vermuelen have a shot. As someone else said, Vermuelen might seem like a far out shot, but he has a lot of potential. I think this year was Caseys first and only title. Melandri is joining him on Ducati, and can you imagine that? He's gonna be hard to beat! And Rossi on Bridgestones. But I don't think Lorenzo can do it. If you've saw him testing his bike you'll see what I mean, its WAY too big for him and he cant handle the power- he was extremely slow! Vermuelen was flying!
