Nicolas Colsaerts in front at the Volvo China Open – Golf news
Nicolas Colsaerts is leading the Volvo China Open after carding a six under par in the third round. The Belgian, Colsaerts is at eighteen under par overall in the tournament. Just one stroke behind is Asian Amateur Champion, Han Chang-won. The Korean player
truly fought his way up the leader board as an amazing seven under par has moved up twelve places up in second place.
The competition at the Luxehills International Country Club is getting more intense by the minute as the top of the leader board is crowded with talented players.
Colsaerts, who is looking for his first European Tour victory, opened with an amazing eagle. The

player followed by a birdie on the fourth hole and slipped when he carded a bogey on the fifth. Another amazing birdie on the seventh hole put Colsaerts right back on track. The back nine played by the current leader were pretty impressive as well. The Belgian
player posted a bogey on the 10th hole and a couple of more birdies on the 16th and 18th hole secured him the top position on the leader board.
Even though Colsaerts is leading, it was Han who truly set the golf course on fire. The nineteen-year-old player had a flawless bogey free round full of birdies. The young player birdies five of his first seven holes to make the turn at five under. The back
nine were safe and secure with two

birdies on the sixteenth and seventeenth but no bogies. The player is just one shot behind the leader at seventeen under par overall.
The leader of the second round, Jamie Donaldson, who posted a career low 61 yesterday didn’t do so well in the third round either. The player is alone in fifth place as a 2 under par 70 which has moved him four places down. The Irish player, Peter Lawrie,
and South African Keith Horne are tied in third place for fifteen under.
Both Colsaerts and Han had amazing opening rounds but didn’t do so well in the second round. Colsaerts opened with a seven under and followed by a five under par in the second round. As for Han, his amazing opening eight under par score was followed by an
average two under par in the second round.
It all leads up to the final round, where one stroke will decide who the winner of the 2011 Volvo China Open will be and its going to be a fight to the finish.
