  1. 14 is fine, my 8 y/o step daughter is my junior bridemaid.  But that is up to your aunt where she wants to put you.

For a gift, nothign is better then soemthing from the heart.  A frame with a bunch of photos or a gift basket with things for them for the house, cooking, or vacation.

  2. First, the choice of bridesmaids (junior or otherwise) is totally up to your aunt. If she wants you to participate, she will ask you. So no hinting around or asking her!

For a wedding gift, it is very likely that she has registered (made a wish list) at a place like Target, Macy's, Bed Bath and Beyond, or Crate and Barrel. If you ask, she can let you know exactly where. Then you can go to the store (or online to the store's website), ask for her registry, and get her something you know she wants.

If you prefer to pick out your own gift, why not something beautiful for her home? Maybe a lovely picture frame with a picture of you and your aunt and your sister, or some heart-shaped cake pans? You could do something that reflects the couple's interests - a coffee table book related to a hobby or their favorite place, maybe. Or, for a very personal gift, you could go to a pottery-you-paint place and make his-and-hers mugs for the couple.

  3. I think you should let her decide who will be in her own wedding and what roles they will play.

Talk to your mother about getting her a gift. I'm sure your family will give a  gift from the family to your aunt.

  4. If, when your aunt gets married and she asks you to be in her wedding party, 14 is an appropriate age to be a junior bridesmaid...there can never be too many girls or too few, it's all a matter of choice.  As far as the gift is concerned, if she registers for gifts someplace, that means those are the things she wants...so you can't go wrong picking something from that list!

  5. Has your aunt told you she would want you to be in the wedding party? If not then I wouldn't worry about that part. As far as a gift. I would wait untill you know for sure that she getting married? She'll propably have a gift registry (I'm a horrible speller). The best thing you could do is talk to her about it.
