For one year during John Hanson served as President of the US in Congress assembled. Technically, he was the first president of the United States.

Sorry to disappoint you, but your story about the first bomb dropped by the allies, is just not true.

In fact the first bombs dropped by the allies (the British Royal Air Force, September 1939) contained nothing more offensive than propaganda leaflets, and they were not dropped on Berlin. Berlin was not bombed until 1940.
