  1. I can only speak for Gambia, since I've been there...

The Gambia is a friendly country with fantastic bird-watching and delicious food (especially the fresh fish from the river Gambia). Banjul, the capital, is a very diverse city. "Senegambia" is the tourist district in Banjul--I personally didn't like it very much, but Serrekunda is nice.

The upcountry is also great and Georgetown is a nice big city.

If you're looking for a good place to stay in the upcountry, I recommend Bintang-Bolong.

I simply love the Gambia. It's small and peaceful and the people are wonderful.

  2. Gambia.  Nigerians are a very dishonest race.

  3. Gambia dear

  4. gambia is way too small...it's the smallest country in the northern part of africa...when your entire country is wrapped around senegal (another small country)...then you know you've got yourself an exorbinantly small country...

although the location of gambia is better...it's more on western africa than nigeria...i still like nigeria...

not like i have my preference in african countries...

  5. Gambia. Many people from West Africa as a whole say the last place they would go is Nigeria. And if they have to go they spend as little time as possible. I am part Gambian and have Nigerian friends. Gambia was actually the first West African tourist attraction. And if you are going for travel reasons, it is located within Senegal, so if you have the ability to go to Senegal you can go to Goree Island which was an active port during the slave trade. There is a museum there. And they are both by the water.

  6. gambia. cosi don't get any junk mail from them requesting i transfer money to some account

  7. don't you mean 'which is worse'? neither of them is any good

  8. Deends, dear do you want to buy a husband?

  9. gambia

  10. better in what way? i would suppose they both have good and bad about them. i have family from nigeria and they are very cultural people and big on family. how can you compare when you don't have enough information on both? i can only speak of nigeria because i know a little of it.stop judging off poor information or experience with one person from a place.
