Night Blooming Jasmine with no bloom

Question

I have a night blooming jasmine plant and it hasn't bloomed once and everyday its packed with yellow leaves. I water it and give it sun and shade, what am i doing wrong?

What do you do with the branches that have lsot their leaves?  We have just had a massive wet season and our previously healthy and happy night jas.  have developed yellow leaves which they are now dropping.  Should I cut them back?  Anything else?
