Hey, I can't really help you in Milan cause I used to live in Bologna, that is a bit further south . . . but . . . when I wanted to find out if there were any good nights happening or new places opening up I would always get onto this website:

There are lots of bars and clubs in Milan. You can go to the "Navigli" zone, (porta Ticinese), is plenty of clubs and bars, or to "Corso Como", a bit more elegant and probably not very crowded on a Monday evening. If you go between 6 -10 p.m. most bars have their "happy hour", that means that you pay for a drink and then you can eat whatever you want from a buffet.

Another great zone to go on a Monday night is the Brera quarter, where the Accademy of Arts is. You will find lots of bars in this zone as well.
