Black lights! black lights! black lights!  Of course you are going to want  loud  bumpin' music.  Get a bunch of glow sticks, or those glow-stick bracelets and necklaces.  Your local everything's-a-dollar store has them in 6 packs for $1.

Serve snack foods, such as chips, popcorn, and nuts (if your friends have no allergies to them).  Pizza if you really love your friends and there won't be a billion of them to pay for.  To drink...get those little clear plastic cups, the champagne style ones, and serve Shirley Temples (ginger ale or sprite with grenadine syrup) in a punch bowl.  People can serve themselves, and it looks oh-so nightclub holding the little clear plastic cups with fizzy cocktail looking liquid.

To do...definitely limbo.  I say this, because I used to work at a night club, and believe it or not, they limbo.  Get a buddy to play dj and introduce songs on a mic.  Line dances usually are not fun for a lot of guys, but let's be real...a night club does a multitude of line dances.  Chacha slide, Electric Slide, etc.  VIP rooms sometimes host poker games.  Maybe you could set aside a VIP space where the non-dancers can play cards.  Maybe you could hire some younger sibings as waiters to take drink orders.
