Night curfew question?

So where I live, the curfew is 11:00 PM, But does the curfew apply if you are on your own property?

It should not apply unless the juvenile is on the public street, curb, or street.  That is something that can vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

nah if your on your own property you could stay there all night even camp out in your front lawn if you want....

No, that is the whole point of curfew.  You have to be at your home, your place of residence.  If you are there, how can you be violating curfew?  You also can't steal your own car.
