  1. As long as he is nursing enough during the day and gaining weight and staying hydrated then it is fine that he only wakes once at night.

  2. As long as the doctor is ok with how much he's gaining weight, it's totally fine.  My baby started sleeping through the night around that time too.

  3. looks like you have yourself a good sleeper!!

    i have one of those.

as long as your babe is gaining well, and feeding well during the day, then he is fine.

if he wakes and needs to feed, you should feed him.

but looks like you do that though!~

    congratulations on the good sleeper!

it gives him plenty of energy to grow and wear you out during the day ;)

  4. My 7 week old wakes up once between 9pm and 5 am (8 hours).  Consider yourself  (and me!) lucky!! It's normal.   Just make sure that you are getting in lots of feeds during the day (probably every 3 hours at least) to ensure baby is getting lots of nutrition during the day.

  5. As long as he is gaining weight ... then YES it is ok!!! Both my daughters slept through the night since they were 2 weeks old, both exclusively breast fed!!! They were gaining weight perfectly, so I just let them sleep at night :-)
