Night vision on the Panasonic SDR-H200?

Is there a night vision option for this camera? My wife said she was playing around with it and stumbled upon true night vision, not the MagicPix feature. She said she used it briefly, she looked at someone else and said their eyes were how they looked on normal night vision, of course without recording. Is this possible? I won't believe it until I see it! I've searched the internet and manual, but to no avail!

Yes my camcorder has not only night vision but also its own built in night light
