ok i only have 400 dollars to spend on night vision goggles so... does this goggle look good enough for backyard use. (around 100 to 200 ft max.)

Also does anyone know of a better night vision for under 400 dollars?

  1. Depends on what you want it for.  As you are aware you pay for what you get.  You need to look into the what Generation of Night Vision they are.  For just playing around not bad for less than $400.  Or if you want quality search and save your money.

  2. Hmm. I did a quick search on google and came up with the web site below (see sources). I checked for goggles under 400 dollars and came up with two matches: your set and another set that was slightly more expensive.

The other one is called the Yukon NVMT 1x24 Head Gear Kit. It has a detection range of 200 yards and a recognition range of 100 yards. It looks like the superior product.

But you probably should do some more research into this before taking my word for it. I have no experience in night vision technology. :-)

    Hope it helps.
