Nike+ Ipod Sportkit- are there any other options for non-apple owners?

Question

I don't own an ipod nano, (just a shuffle knock off) but would like to have something that offers the same features as the Nike+ Sport-kit, especially the pace, and also the distance traveled, and workout database, etc.

Are there any similar products out there?

Nike Sportsband- all you need is a nike+ shoe, its a watch that does everything the nike+ sportkit does minus the ipod!
