Well it depends on what you want out of the Nike Mercurial IV series. Talaria IV's feel more like the Vapor IV's [made out of the same material]. Steam IV's look more like the actual Vapor IV, but do not feel the same and are not made out of the same material.

As for comparing the Talaria IV to Steam II, the talaria IV's. The Steam II are a way older version of Mercurial II Series, and aren't as quality as the new Mercurial IV series.
