Nikkor lens question?

Can these lenses, AF Zoom-Nikkor 28-80/F3.3-5.6G and AF Zoom-NIkkor 70-300/F4-5.6G be used with Nikon DSLR cameras? It is being sold along with Nikon F55D for Cdn$200 only.

Both will work perfectly with any Nikon DSLR except for the D40, D40x, or D60, as these cameras require lense that contain autofocus motors for full AF usage.
