Nikon D60 or Sony a200?

Ive been researching on dslrs for months now and i narrowed it down ive seen the comparions but i need an opinion on it and also this will be my first dslr

I just got one and am in love!!!!

I was arguing between the Canon XSi and the D60.

I ruled out the Sony just because Nikon is strictly a camera brand, and they make amazing lenses!

I like to be creative with the settings and the D60 is very fun to play around with. You can do all kinds of crazy things. But then again I may be biased because I haven't really even gave the Sony a chance.

Go to the camera store and mess around with them and ask the guys there a billion questions

I have the same problem as you, accept my choice i between the Nikon D40 and Sony A200. I've had well over 50 independent people tell me their opinions, and MOST go for the Nikon...simply because that's Nikon's business - CAMERAS! However, Sony makes everything electrical, and their lenses are limited. It's up to you, im getting the Nikon.
