Nikon coolpix2000 ditital camera?

hi.....my flash doesnt work on my camera how do I change the bulb and where can i get one from? or have I just changed a setting? lost the manual cheers

When flash bulbs die, you have to take them to a camera repair shop to get it replaced.  Besides there not being any available replacement parts for DIY projects, the repair is something only a certified repairperson can do without causing further damage.
