The above listed site - dotdigitalearth.com, is a known scam site. It used to be called DigitalDiscounted.com but now goes by the name referenced above. Avoid this site. By the way, this domain was created on June 3rd, 2008. That's not even three weeks ago! And there is no legit information about them anywhere other than that they are a re-named scam site.
