The Villarreal striker says that he knows there is one Ligue 1 club that is interested in signing him up this summer. The Brazilian will be spoilt for choice this summer
With Villarreal sadly relegated from La Liga, many players from the Yellow Submarine will be force to pack this summer. Among those players would be http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nilmar-c28044 Honorato da Silva.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 international knows that with relegation, his adventure with the club has finished. The striker joined the club in 2009 and will no doubt be part of players who will be leaving a team that is destined for second division football next season.
Furthermore, the Iberian club’s owners know that they will have to let the player go at a lowered price.
Many clubs in Europe and outside of it, are now monitoring the player. Brazilian giants, Sao http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Corinthians-c38855 are keen on signing Nilmar. However, the striker can cause a major upset this summer if he makes a return to French Ligue 1.
While talking to Radio Guaiba, the player’s agent, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Orlando-c28664 da Hora, confirmed that an unnamed French club has been following the player for quite some time.
Though Hora refused to cite the club’s name, he admitted that he will have a lot of travelling to do this summer in order to commence negotiations from a host of suitors.
“I am travelling a lot and I will negotiate with a lot of European clubs. I have one from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899, three Italian clubs and one Englishman is also interested in him. Internacional have already called me and they told me that they want him.”
Nilmar earns around 2 million Euros on an annual basis and Villarreal won’t be able to pay his wages whilst in the lower echelons of Spanish football.
The player will be available at around 6 million Euros, a price that the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and LOSC Lille can pay.
Les Dogues are in the market for a striker and will be able to afford Nilmar’s services as they are bound to get ample amount of cash for Eden Hazard’s departure.
